the so-called 'heated' pool was absolutely freezing, and who knew one elevator would be the only option during my stay? i almost gave a good review, but i was missing the complimentary gestures i felt i deserved. honestly, if the front desk could try a little harder than barely being helpful, it might be worth staying again!

The clean and comfortable King Suite provided a perfect retreat after visiting nearby attractions. The outdoor courtyard was a highlight, especially with activities like giant chess that entertained the kids. Unfortunately, I encountered some noise disturbances from outside that affected our relaxation, and the elevator situation was a hassle during peak times. While breakfast was enjoyable, it could have offered more variety.
