the so-called 'heated' pool was absolutely freezing, and who knew one elevator would be the only option during my stay? i almost gave a good review, but i was missing the complimentary gestures i felt i deserved. honestly, if the front desk could try a little harder than barely being helpful, it might be worth staying again!

What a hidden gem! Spacious suites, clean and beautifully renovated. Loved the kitchenette, and the extra sofa space was perfect for our family. The vibrant lobby had a welcoming atmosphere, and the common lounge areas felt like a beach getaway. The nearby Busch Gardens was a quick trip, adding to our adventure. Highly recommend!

Staying here was a great experience for our family trip to Busch Gardens. The pool area was fantastic, with swings and games like a giant chessboard that kept our kids entertained for hours. We loved our spacious King Suite, which was very clean and had a comfy sofa bed for our little ones. Breakfast had plenty of options for everyone, from sausage to fresh fruits. Overall, it was a relaxing stay right across the street from the park!

The Oasis Bay Suites boasts an impressive outdoor chess set and corn hole that kept the kids entertained while I enjoyed the spacious amenities in our king suite. However, one elevator was out of service, making travel to the third floor a bit inconvenient at times.
